Australia, Sydney -Serhan Ekinci
The two most famous icons in Australia brought together in one photo. Showing the beauties of Australia during its wonderful summer weather. A great view to experience during the new years count down. One of the most beautiful places that I have had a morning run at after taking this photo. I recommend that everyone should visit Sydney one day.
The Floating Mosque by Zaid Khashogji
The Floating Mosque, is a holy place of prayer for the local Muslims in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Located on the Corniche which is famous for the locals to picnic and enjoy the west coast sunsets of Jeddah with their families. They take to the Mosque during the five prayer when the Ath'an is heard, and also on Friday which is the Muslim equivalent to Sunday's church day for Christians. I took this picture and chose it because I felt it truly reflected the artistry and integration of where I come from, depicting our culture beautifully.

This photo is of the gravesite of US President Martin Van Buren's gravesite, located in Kinderhook, New York. It is in a local cemetery and is visited by school children annually on his birthday, December 5th. As the local Historic Society has strict rules the president's grave has remained the way it was when Van Buren died in 1862.
Wimbledon (Description)
A photo of Wimbledon station. I find you can tell a lot about an area judging by how their overground/tube station looks and you can see from the photo that Wimbledon appears to be quite quaint.

Lisbon, Portugal- Rita Caleça
This is a view of the city from the castle in the village of Sintra in Lisbon, Portugal.
Surrounded by the mountains’ trees, my photograph of the view that extends until the Atlantic Ocean wishes to perfectly capture the peaceful environment felt by many when walking across the castle. Although known to be a place of supernatural myths and legends, to me the most mysterious thing about the castle and the view it offers is its inexplicable feeling of tranquility.
St.Moritz (Diavolezza) by Silvio Pina
In the photo posted just below, you are able to observe one of the most beautiful Swiss landscapes. This particular picture was taken on the top of Diavolezza in the beginning of December and shows the magnificence of the Swiss Alps. I strongly believe this photo to be the best I have taken this year and certainly one of the most outstanding images between the once I have used in my presentation, because it truly portrays Switzerland as I see it.

Kubbar Island.
Below you will recognise a picture I took during the end of the summer in Kuwait City. This picture was taken from my uncle's yacht, we had just arrived at Kubbar island which is about 45 minutes away from the city by sea. The island is in the Persian Gulf and is located about 30 Kilometres off the southern coast of Kuwait. This is one of my favourite places in Kuwait, I enjoy jumping in to the sea from the boat after a really hot day. Tourist's are recommended to visit this island as it could be an amazing experience of meeting new people and trying out all sorts of kinds of water sports.

New England Winter

This is a photograph of snowy trees along the Concord River in Billerica, Massachusetts. It shows the dense snow that covers the land in much of New England in winter.
Description (The cave)
Here you can a see a whole scenery of the Avshalom Cave which is located approximately 10 kilometres from Jerusalem. The view is breathtaking, as it is one of the very unique stalactite caves in the whole world. I was quite exciting to explore it and learn the story of the cave itself.
Istanbul- Cindy Kask
A bird's eye image of the European and Asian side of Istanbul. This is geographically the most famous city in the world because it has the continent of Europe and Asia in the same place. Each day when going to my school I would wake up on the Asian side and take a bus that would take about an hour to find myself on the European side.
