I’ve been contacted by a couple of members of staff recently who are interested in buying clickers (audience voting handsets).   The most common system at QM is TurningPoint with several departments having invested in a large number of handsets.  Unfortunately we don’t have any central fund for the hardware but volume discounts are available so if there are a number of you out there thinking of making a purchase, it is worth grouping together for one larger order.

If you, or your department, are thinking of buying more equipment for the next academic year and would like to team up with others let me know, either via this forum or personally, and I'll distribute the information around all who are interested.
