Is it possible to enrol students from two modules on to one QMplus course area?

It would be for both FRE5006 and COM5006.

I think the short answer is yes.

I have had to do this in the past. I'm not sure of the technicalities of it, but basically a special enrolment code was created for the purpose. I think you could just raise an ITS ticket for that.

Hi Hassan,

Helene is correct. The answer is yes you can add students from two modules on to one course area. The first one you can do via the course ID under the settings, but the second or any others will have to be added via an external tool (called the enrolment mapper) and the support team can do this for you. You will need to raise a ticket with helpdesk and let them know the QMplus course and the course code you would like added.

E.g. if you want FRE5006 and COM5006 to be added to FRE5006, you could add FRE5006-A14 to the course ID under the settings, and then raise a ticket to also get COM5006 added to FRE5006.

Hope this helps.
