We are aware that students are being unenrolled from their courses. We are working with IT Services to investigate and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I will update you once this has been resolved.

Please accept my apologies for this inconvenience.

Dear colleagues,

I would like to apologise for the disruption that some of you may have experienced with the student enrolment on your QMplus course areas yesterday. IT Services and ULCC teams worked as quickly as possible to resolve the problem and all affected accounts were restored overnight. We are continuing to monitor this issue throughout today. If any student is still experiencing problems accessing their courses on QMplus, please contact the Helpdesk on 020 7882 888 or at its-helpdesk@qmul.ac.uk.

An internal review has been scheduled to understand why this happened and determine what preventative measures can be put in place to stop this happening again. At this stage it is too early for us to fully appreciate why this has happened but we will update you further when we fully understand the reason for this disruption to normal service.

Please can you pass this information on to your colleagues and students.

With apologies,

Alysa

On Behalf of the E-Learning Unit and the QMplus team
