Dear E-Learning Practitioners,

QMplus experienced an outage this morning, from about 7:15am - with intermittent connectivity available from about 11:30am.

This was due to a fault at ULCC, our service providers. Their engineers are working on resolving the problem and investigating what seems to be a firewall issue at their end, which is also affecting other Universities.

The QMplus team would like to apologise for this outage and any inconvenience caused. Information is available on the IT Services status pages at: http://status.its.qmul.ac.uk/2015/05/qmplus-is-not-working-21st-of-may-2015-830am/ and I will let you know any other information that I get.
