Dear Colleagues with responsibility for Landing Pages
As you are no doubt aware we are upgrading QMplus w/b 20th July. Part of the change has been some freshening up of the look & feel of school landing pages as well as making enhancements to the performance of the module dashboard.

These changes will have minimal impact for you as the styles will replace existing ones in place BUT there are 3 major things which will break when QMplus comes up on Wednesday 22.

1.       The banner styling has changed so your small image will need to be replaced with a long one that is not as high.
2.       The HTML code at the top of the page needs updating.
3.       If you have used more than 1 H3 header in a content area then you will need to change one of them.

Apart from these things you will be able to use some new styling for a dark background and arrows instead of bullets. We’ve also recoded the module dashboard so that it slowloads on the page itself rather than preloading all the info before loading the page. i.e. faster page load.

I have created a guide outlining the changes that will need to be made.

(If this link is not working for you and you would like the document please email: b.lucas@qmul.ac.uk

There will also be a couple of drop-ins late July early August to assist anyone that is getting lost!

Regards
