New round of funding for E-learning Projects
11 September 2015, 11:54
Hello everyone
The E-Learning Unit is pleased to announce a call for mini-project proposals under the auspices of our E-learning Production Scheme. The deadline for applications is Friday 9th October 2015, decisions will be made by the end of the following week and the projects should be completed by Christmas 2015.
As most of you know the scheme funds 100 hours of a student's time to assist you in the development of your resource.
As a general guide, if your project:
- is a new activity or initiative for you or your course;
- makes use of learning technologies (i.e locally supported teachnologies such as QMplus, QMplus Hub, QMplus Media, Q-Review or external to QMUL;
- is self-contained i.e. has a start and an end date;
- is small – i.e. requires under 100 hours of an E-Learning Assistant’s time; and
- cannot be funded with your existing departmental teaching budget
Then you should submit an application and you may get funded!
You will find more details and the application form on the ELU website: http://www.elearning.capd.qmul.ac.uk/enhancing-your-teaching/e-learning-production-scheme/
All the best
