QMplus performance related issues

Dear Colleagues,
 
We have received feedback that QMplus can be slow on occasions. We apologise if anyone is having these issues with QMplus and we wish to get this resolved as soon as possible. We have reported performance issues to the IT Services team and they are doing some investigations. Unfortunately it is difficult for us to replicate the issues in order to assist with diagnosing the problem.
 
It would be very helpful if we can collect as much information as possible to pass on to our IT colleagues, and to determine how widespread the issues are. Please can you complete the QMplus Performance Survey or direct any user who has reported performance related issues on QMplus to this survey.

Dear Colleagues,

In September 2015 we sent the below message asking users to report specific examples when they experience issues with accessing QMplus in general or content within course areas.

In response to concerns raised about QMplus performance, we have since been working to reduce unnecessary load from QMplus by removing large files and media as well as old courses and user accounts. We hope that this has helped to improve access issues. We continue to ask for your assistance by removing unnecessary content and course areas as well.

If you continue to experience performance issues with QMplus, please can you report these via the link given below or by raising a ticket on the Helpdesk with details. The more information that you can give on when and where you experience the issue, the better.
