Dear colleagues,

We had a few worried students last week who could not see their course areas on QMplus - in some cases the course area(s) were not rolled over in QMplus to 2015/16, in which case there is no QMplus course for the students to be enrolled onto. In other cases the course area was hidden, so students could not access it.

Most schools have a QMplus administrator who can roll over the course areas and make sure it is ready for 2015/16 intake of students.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS TO ENSURE THAT YOUR COURSE AREA HAS BEEN ROLLED OVER TO 2015/16.

You can add the 'course rollover' block to your course area and this will have a timestamp of when the course was rolled over and who did the rollover. See sample image.

If you are unsure if your course area has been rolled over, please get in touch with us by emailing its-helpdesk@qmul.ac.uk and someone from the support team can check for you.
