Dear All,

We have received inquiries regarding issues with Turnitin assignments, which have arisen due to duplicates being created.

When Turnitin assignments are copied, either individually via the cog icon next to the activity or by copying a course page which contains Tii assignments, the assignments cease to work as expected and faults appear in both the original and duplicated versions.

Known issues include:

•  submissions not being available for download
•  grades becoming unavailable
•  grades becoming visible in the incorrect copy of the Turnitin assignment.

Please be advised to check for any Turnitin assignments when copying QMplus course pages and refrain from copying Turnitin assignments within a page.

Should you spot any instances where a copy exists, please remove any duplicates (should the activity be unattempted) and notify us should any issues remain unresolved after doing so.
