Q-Review brief outage on Tuesday, 26th January 2016

Dear Colleagues,
Please be aware that there will be a brief outage to the Q-Review lecture capture service during the normal at risk time of 7-9am on Tuesday, 26th January 2016.
This outage is expected to last no more that 10-15 minutes, and will affect playback of recordings. Scheduled recordings will continue as normal. This outage is to solve authentication issues currently experienced by some users who are not able to view recordings - these users are receiving login error messages when attempting to view their lecture recordings.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
