Dear all

I am a member of the Learning Development Team and work with a lot of module coordinators on teaching and learning issues. I currently have access to 2 or 3 assessment submission areas, where I can read student texts and see their marks and feedback.

I have two questions:

1. Will I have continuing access to those places when the modules are archived at the end of the academic year (is that when archiving occurs? and actually when is that, please?)

2. How can I get access like this - i.e. to assignments - in more modules where I am working with the module coordinators? Is it something I have to arrange with the module coordinator, can I go through an administrator? who would that be? please

Thanks a lot for any information

Hi Jim,

1.  Archiving happens during our QMplus upgrade period.  This year this is between the 11th and 13th July so the archive will be created on 11th July.  The archive will not become available until the week beginning July 18th.  Your access to the modules on the archive will depend on the role you currently have on the module.  If you have "teacher" access, you will have access to the module on the archive.

2. You will find a guide on our website which describes what you need to do  in this situation.
