QMplus will experience a short outage on Tuesday, 23^rd August, 2016 during the normal at risk time of 7-9am. This outage is to allow the new QMplus Media links to be updated. Please note updated time for scheduled QMplus downtime.

On Tuesday, 23rd August 2016 (7-10am), there will be an outage to QMplus. While the outage is being planned to take place during the normal at risk time of 7-9am, there is a possibility that the outage may go beyond this time. QMplus should be back online by 10am. Please can I ask that you plan your QMplus activities around this time. This outage is to allow for QMplus Media links to be updated.

On Tuesday, 6th September 2016 (7-9am), there will be an outage to QMplus. This outage is being planned to take place during the normal at risk time of 7-9am. This outage is our post-upgrade release, to fix outstanding upgrade issues and add functionality and design updates.

We apologise for any inconvenience that these outages may cause and thank you for your patience while we update and maintain the online learning environment.

This message contains time sensitive information about an upcoming QMplus outage.

QMplus will experience an outage on Thursday, 23rd August between 7-10am. Please see more information below.

The QMplus outage scheduled for the 23rd August did not take place as issues were uncovered during testing. The outage is now scheduled to take place on Thursday, 25th August.  We expect QMplus to be offline between 7-9am, but there is a small chance that the time may need to be extended (to no later than 10am). 

As mentioned in previous communications, we are moving to a new Media service as our current service will stop working on the 31st August. We have successfully migrated videos to the new Media site but we are currently working on updating the embedded links in QMplus (see previous announcement for more details about this process - http://qmplus.qmul.ac.uk/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=99298).

Please can you plan your QMplus activities around the 25th August 7-10am anticipated downtime. If this will cause a major disruption for your course, please can you let us know asap so that we can try to put any workarounds in place.
