Dear colleagues,

We are planning to apply an update to the 2015 QMplus archive site next Tuesday, 4th October, starting 7am and estimated to last for approximately 5 hours.

This update is to fix the problem with some archive links taking users back to the live QMplus site.

We plan to start this work outside of normal operating hours, but it is a long process and may require an outage of approximately 5 hours, which will take us to midday. We will bring the site back online as quickly as possible. 

Please can you plan any activities on the 2015 archive around this timeframe.

Date for planned outage: Tuesday, 4th October 2016

Estimated time for outage: 7am-11:59am

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This outage is necessary to fix the issues that have been reported with archive links. Please can you let me know if you have any concerns so that we can try to find an alternative solution quickly.
