Hi everyone

The January edition of the Mahara Newsletter has just been released. Mahara is the software driving our E-Portfolio - QMplus Hub - and the newsletter from Mahara HQ has links to initiatives and projects that incorporate innovative uses of Mahara that may be of interest to our growing community of users.

We launched the QMplus Student Survey on Monday of this week and have been very happy with the number of responses already received! We have designed some promotional material including a poster, a powerpoint slide for plasma screens as well as a small graphic for School landing pages. These are or will soon be available via the student survey link on the E-learning Unit website.

We would particularly welcome responses from Distance students and those studying in China as they have been under-represented in our first two QMplus surveys.

The QMplus January release due to be installed on the 17th January did not go ahead as planned. We will now be installing the release on QMplus next Tuesday (24th January between 7am and 9am). The release contains bug fixes and a couple of new features: The questionnaire activity and the tab display resource . More information is available on our website:
