Marking QMplus coursework using iPad Pro+Apple pencil?

Dear all,
has anyone worked out a good way to:
--bulk download coursework submitted through QMplus onto an iPad;
--annotate the PDF files using Apple pencil;
--upload the annotated PDF's back into QMplus.
The iPads we have in the School of Maths have virtually no software on them so I would have to buy random apps in order to find one that works, I would be grateful if someone already has a system that works.
