Dear all

As is common at the start of the academic year, we are experiencing a much higher than average volume of tickets from both staff and students, and would ask you to bear with us as we work at full capacity to resolve them as fast as we can. To enable us to do this as efficiently as possible, can we ask that you (and the staff you support):

  1. Use the Helpdesk to report all technical issues i.e. please do not contact ELU staff directly or use the elearning mailbox.
  2. When reporting problems try to include as much information as possible to avoid losing time with back & forth queries.
  3. Take advantage of our drop in service on Tues and Thurs 1-2 pm in the E-Learning studio or alternatively have a look at our extensive Help and Support guides which may resolve your query.
  4. Check the IT status page http://status.its.qmul.ac.uk/, QMplus alerts on QMplus Home page https://qmplus.qmul.ac.uk and the known errors page to make sure you’re not reporting an issue of which we are already aware.
