E-Learning Hour - Using Blackboard Collaborate for your online classroom

Dear Colleagues,
We have recently had a lot of interest in technology for running classes online. We currently have a tool called Blackboard Collaborate integrated with QMplus meaning that simply adding a "Collaborate" activity to your QMplus area will give you instant access to an online classroom!
On Wednesday 8th May from 1-2pm, the E-Learning Unit will be running a session on making use of Blackboard Collaborate, demonstrating some of its features and discussing how best to make use of it.
This session will be run from several locations:
- G.06 Rotblatt Building, Charterhouse Square
- E-Learning Studio, 0.09 Scape Building, Mile End
- and online in Blackboard Collaborate itself!
If you prefer the face-to-face in-person experience, come along to one of the on campus sessions. If you can't make those or if you'd rather not attend in person, you can join the session online using Blackboard Collaborate.
