A number of changes have recently taken place to update the QMplus Users Group and also to provide additional features to its members.

Here is a summary of the changes:

The name has changed from QMplus Users Group to QMplus Practitioner Group

The Group overview now provides more information and a series of links to pages which provide an organised index of the group’s content to allow members to find what they are looking for more easily as the number of pages and files the group has increases.

The first set of pages provides information or links to other sources of information which may be useful to group members, including:

• Forum Guidance: information on the types of enquiry you may wish to use the forums for and sources of support for other enquiries
• QMplus Documents:  links to relevant policy documents, minutes of meetings etc.
• Case Studies & Good Practice: links to examples of how others are using QMplus
• Instructions on how to add a page to your watchlist if you are interested in receiving notifications whenever it is updated

The second set of pages will provide information about the status of both active and closed enhancement requests and reported bugs. Members of the group can add their own comments to the pages for each request, e.g. queries about the issue or information on where they encounter the same problem, or add them to their watchlist for updates.
