Teachers TV
17 June 2013, 15:05
This is available to us all at QMUL.
Further to previous correspondence, we just wanted to make sure that you are taking advantage of free access to Teacher’s TV for all UK institutions through Alexander Street Press.
We also wanted to provide assurance that this access isn’t a short term trial – it is unlimited access for all academic institutions in the UK and Ireland, on a permanent basis.
UK-based Teachers TV has been producing instructional videos showing actual classroom footage since 2008. The content is used by educators - and those learning to be educators - worldwide. Alexander Street Press has licensed this material and is pleased to make it available free to all libraries in the U.K It’s an amazing resource being heavily used by institutions around the UK and further abroad – we do hope you can take advantage also.
Access is very straightforward: simply connect to http://edtv.alexanderstreet.com.
You will be taken straight into the collection with no need for username or password. You can search the database or link to the entire collection or individual titles, clips, or playlists from your library or faculty web pages, your catalogue, from course packs or reserve lists – just like any other Alexander Street Press collection
