Please be advised that there will be two Q-Review outages in December in order to carry out upgrades and improvement work. Please let us know by emailing elearning@qmul.ac.uk if these outages will cause you any significant problems.

Outage scheduled for: Tuesday, 3 December 2013

The Q-Review lecture recording service is expected to be in maintenance mode for a short period of time between 8am and 8.30am, during which time users might experience some disruption to normal service.

The maintenance is scheduled to improve the audio of recordings and will mean that the Q-Review Streaming Server (ESS) cannot be accessed for up to 15 minutes along with streaming of videos. All scheduled captures will still take place as normal. The outage is expected to be fairly brief.

Outage scheduled for: Monday, 16 December 2013

The Q-Review lecture recording service is expected to be in maintenance mode from 8am on Monday 16 December 2013, during which time users might experience disruption to normal service. The outage is expected to be at least 1 hour, but could last up to 3 hours.

The maintenance is scheduled to improve the collaboration and statistics component of the Q-Review Service and means that the Q-Review Streaming Server (ESS) will not be accessible, along with streaming of videos. All scheduled captures will still take place as normal.
