A Few Rules

The forums are where QMUL users can share ideas, good practice, issues and suggestions. We encourage all our members to participate and respond to the posts created within this forum - please be nice :)
Forums are not monitored by the E-Learning Unit like the ITS helpdesk. Please do not rely on a member of the E-Learning Unit to respond quickly. While we will make every effort to respond to posts, we do depend on other users to also post their replies and share their ideas.
if you have an issue that is affecting one of your courses or a certain tool within a course, you should raise a Helpdesk ticket (at helpdesk.qmul.ac.uk or email its-helpdesk@qmul.ac.uk) as this needs to be investigated by the technical team and the Helpdesk is monitored regularly. You may want to raise the issue within the forums in the group to share your problem or to find out if others are having a similar problem. However, please note that these forums do not replace the ITS Helpdesk.
If you have already raised a ticket that is currently being dealt with and you want to share it with other members for information/advice, do mention in your post that a ticket has been raised to avoid duplication of work from our team.
