Observation and experiments

Then, cut off some slices of samples for small experiments.

Indium has a certain irritation to the skin, so it is necessary to wear gloves to protect yourself during experiments.
The texture is very soft and can be scratched with fingernails.
When heated to about 150 °C, the indium slices begin to melt into a silver liquid.
After taking it out, it oxidized slowly in the air, formed an oxide film on the surface, and gradually lost its metallic luster. When indium was put into the water, it sank to the bottom and oxidizes slowly.
