Brett LucasI am the Head of E-learning at Queen Mary.  I manage a team of eleven staff all of whom work on enhancing teaching and learning through the use of a suite of locally supported digital tools.  We provide one-to-one consultancy, face-to-face workshops, events, practitioner groups and a monthly newsletter for all staff who are interested incorporating technology into their teaching. We also run a number of projects. This year we are piloting Tracking cameras for Q-Review, Mentimeter for audience response, The Moodle Mobile App, Online Exam software and much more. About Me

As a learning technologist I have created about 1,000 videos in the past 10 years, I think it is more than 1,000 but lost count. They have included lectures, clinical videos, role plays, conferences, promotional videos and those used for public engagement. I now get to share and work with academics and professional staff to help them create their own videos.

I work in the e-learning unit (ELU) which is part of the Centre for Academic and Professional Development (CAPD).

I work on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, on the other days I work freelance as a filmmaker and photographer.
