Reflection

The wide range of applications of neodymium magnet is based on its superior propertiesrelative low price and good safety guaranty. For nowalthough China is one of the earliest countries to develop and produce neodymium magnetthe output is at the forefront of the world as wellthe quality and performance still fall behind some developed countries[1]. Because the ingot technology after melting is relatively backward. China should invest more manpower and resources to develop fundamental research and industrial production. With the growing need for energy saving and environment protecting,high-performance neodymium magnet are needed in intelligent manufacturingrail transportationaerospace and oceanographic engineering field in the future.Our group choose this material because it has outstanding potential in leading the industries of the future.

During this project,our teamwork went pretty well. Each member of the team is responsible for one part of the project,we share our ideas and give suggestions. We completed the tasks assigned to us as a whole team.

On the entire project,weve learned to make full use of our knowledge and skills synthetically to complete a new task we first met,as well as combining the groups effort.

Granted that we had learned something in this project,however,we still need to improve ourselves. During the project,we decided the time to hold our meeting and the tasks we should complete before the meeting. We are supposed to follow the schedule,but unfortunately,we didnt. As a consequence,our progress was affected leading to the decrease in quality of our webpages.

Next time,we should make a detailed schedule and follow the schedule strictly. We are convinced that we can handle all the problems next time.
