Description

The first step in the production of solder wire is the inspection of tin, lead, rosin, and anti-oxidant. (Refer to the national standard code ratio range for specific requirements). The inspector can only produce after checking that the materials meet the standards and transfer to production.

The second step is the melting of tin. Adjust the alloy according to a certain proportion and put it into the melting furnace to melt. After melting, add anti-oxidant to cover the surface, (to prevent the oxidation of tin material to generate tin dioxide (chemical formula SnO2, formula weight 150.7, white, shape) Tetragonal, hexagonal or orthorhombic crystals,) increase the temperature and stir slightly to completely melt.

The third step is the casting of tin. The heating in the fusion process is based on oil and electric heating. Some manufacturers use coal to heat and use oil. Electric heating must have a corresponding special heating furnace, which can automatically stir the temperature and time. Very good automatic control, reducing the possibility of poor fusion caused by human factors. The molten tin is poured into the mold and cast into a rod-shaped billet.

The fourth production step is wire extrusion. In the entire solder wire manufacturing process, the extrusion of tin is the most critical, because extrusion is a key link in the entire production process. If there are defects and hidden dangers during extrusion, it will cause solder. Wire defects, sometimes it is difficult to find the problem, in order to ensure the production of high-quality products, the extrusion must be strictly controlled. It is very heavy. The solder wire is extruded in the hydraulic press and the extrusion die, and the intermittent wire must be injected during the extrusion process. According to the requirements of the production, it can be made into round wire, round wire, thick wire, and different thicknesses can be formulated. The fifth production step is winding, and the winding is flat during operation. The number of turns can be counted under fully automatic control, and it will appear during winding. Uneven winding, unevenness and other undesirable conditions should pay attention to these problems in production. The sixth step is the packaging, inspection, and storage of solder wires.
