1.Material selection

LED display is a flat panel display(Figure 1), composed of small LED module panels, used to display text, images, video and other information devices. LED display is widely used in commercial media, cultural performance market, sports venues, information dissemination, press release, securities trading, etc., and has a close relationship with us in daily life.

Solar panels(Figure 9.2), are a vehicle for sustained access to solar energy. We often see rectangular solar panels on rooftops, but now a new technology can replace traditional silicon solar panels to efficiently and cheaply convert solar energy into electricity. The new technology, thin-film photovoltaic cells, produced 3,700 megawatts of electricity worldwide by 2010. Since 2010, thin-film solar cells have been widely used in commercial buildings and residential houses, and it is believed that they will further replace traditional solar panels in the future.

The above two photoelectric materials with great development prospects in the future are actually very common in our daily life, and the development of these two new technologies cannot be separated from one material, transparent conductive film. Transparent conductive film is a kind of film that can conduct electricity and has a high transparency rate in the visible range, so it comes into our field of vision when we choose materials. After the initial query data, we found that the transparent conductive film is a kind of very special material, and its core features for the performance of optoelectronics, with what we are learning content is in line with the Materials Science 2 course, and the working principle of the parts of the semiconductor's knowledge we had learned last year, a combination of its various applications in daily life, the existing level of development is good, study theory close to saturation, a large number of literature content reference for us to learn, Moreover, the most important thing is that the knowledge of Materials Science and Molecular of Materials learned in our university can be flexibly applied so that we can understand the truth in the analysis, which will be more helpful to our study this time. Therefore, we chose transparent conductive film as the research material.

 

  1. What we have learned

In the past, we used to search for information and answer questions directly. But this time, we started from searching for information in articles and papers, to analyzing the obtained information in TCF, to selecting which information can be displayed succinctly, to adding comparison links to increase readers' understanding of the development of TCF in the historical dimension, and then to conceive how an arrangement can fully express the above.

We hope that such a complete experience will play a template role in similar tasks in the future, learn how to cooperate with fewer groups, and hope that both ourselves and the audience can have a deeper understanding and interest in TCF.

 

  1. Our journey

With the joint efforts of all of us, we made rapid progress. Basically, after class, we listed the required contents according to the PPT, learned the works of students last year and discussed and analyzed a rough design of our group for our website. In reach for web design, requires all parts of the unified content, we analyzed the making a poster at the beginning of the semester to search the corresponding to the difficulty of the part and online part how much of available resources for each part to judge a ease, again according to each team members are good at content and complexity of each part is completed the parts of division of labor. Before the first teacher tutorial, we have selected the appropriate part of the search content and put it on our website according to our own understanding and corresponding requirements. After the tutorial, we have further expanded each part and try to add more connections between each part according to the teacher Faith.
