Through an email exchange with Weilishi during the winter break in 2023, team members Xu Yushu and Su Yujing were able to obtain a sample of our Allen key. Once we had the sample, we made careful observations and data searches to finalize its material composition and get a sample of what it could be used for as a materials library.
The shape of the key is very simple, consisting of a hexagonal wire bent at ninety degrees, with an overall L-shape. It belongs to the family of metallic materials.
