  We first introduced the basic information about graphene and the main structure of the paper. In sample classification, graphene is divided in two categories, and natural graphite is divided in three categories. In literature review part ,the detail of graphene information is shown. In manufacture part, nine way to produce graphene as well as its condition and raw material are introduced. In safety information, the cautions when using graphene is introduced ,which include notices of action after breathing in 、skin contacting 、eye contacting and swallowing. Property profile tells the main property including density, young`s modules, electrical conductivity etc.

  At present , graphene has become a hot research topic in the field of materials for the reason that is has excellent properties and two-dimensional structure. The high strength of C-C bonds cause its high performance of physical properties, the muti-molecular π bonds form shared electron cloud improve its electrochemistry properties. The first, graphene is considered to be one of the material that has the highest strength, meanwhile its high toughness and ability to bend decides its high performance in physical property. In theory, graphene has a Young's modulus of 1.0 TPa and an inherent tensile strength of 130 GPa. The second, in room temperature, graphene has the highest carrier mobility(about 15000cm2/(V·s), which means graphene has an excellent conductivity in the two dimensional plane. Graphene has excellent properties in thermal、 optical and filtration performance. The excellent performance makes it a hot research field.
