We have a long discussion for allocating the task. Some Some people want to look for the data of the properties of the material. Some people thought they were good at analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the manufactures. First, we shared our opinions with others. To prevent us from chaos, we reached an agreement that we cannot interrupt others and our speaking should be no longer than 2min each time. Then, we wrote several our favorable tasks and negotiated. Finally, we allocated the work successfully. The whole process improved our communication skills. We learned how to organize a discussion effectively and how to resolve differences.

    Before this project, we were used to looking for information on Chinese websites. However, this was an English project, which meant that all the words we wrote should be English. In the literature, some professional words were difficult to translate so that it was not efficient to read Chinese papers. Therefore, we began to use English websites like ScienceDirect and WebofScience. We found that one website cannot have all the information we needed. Thus, we used more websites and changed our keywords to search for papers. Finally, we got all the information related to our project and our searching skill was improved.

    There are 11 parts in the webpages and we have 8 people. Some parts may be more difficult than others and different people are good at different things. It is important to ask the right person to do the right thing. The whole task should be decomposed equally as well. Thus, we listed all the content first. For each person, we analyzed his advantages and disadvantages and determined whether the task was suitable for him. After allocating tasks, we made a plan and set deadlines for each person. There were also different tasks from other subjects at the same time. Hence, it was significant to make a clear timetable and did the most important task first. We should also work at odd moments like the breaks between classes, which would save much of our time.

    Although we finished the project perfectly, there are still some things that we need to improve. Initially, we should pay more attention to the references. When we used the information from other articles, it was important to reference it as soon as possible. Or we may forget to reference it or lose the reference. Secondly, we should make more group discussions to share information with others. Discussions can help us to find the relationship between different information and we can catch up with more creative ideas at the same time. Finally, we should learn more knowledge about materials. A solid foundation of knowledge is necessary for all the parts of our work.
