Quantitative EVA put in die first, on the plate vulcanizing machine in 100 ℃ preheat 6 min, exhaust 3 times, pressing 10 mpa , the holding 8 min, cold-press 8 min, take out the samples, the impact on cutting dumbbell specimen.[1]

Used as foam material

Single screw injection molding machine was used to mold EVA raw materials, and the radiation dose of 25~70kGy was used to modify EVA materials after molding by irradiation. Then, the sample is cut with the profile prototype machine. The sample size is 20 mm x 10mm x 2mm.Finally put samples in homemade reaction kettle, to the reaction kettle through compression pump into the N2 foam, temperature of 110 and 130 ℃ respectively, 16 MPa pressure for 2h.[3]

Used as 3D print material

First, put the PLA in the vacuum drying oven, 12 h at 60 ℃ dry, use EVA as flexibilizer, PLA and EVA according to certain proportion for simple mechanical mixing, after weighing the single screw extruder mix, melt blending temperature within the cylinder of 170 ~ 190 ℃, extrusion temperature 190 ℃.In the injection molding process, the extruded material is directly molded in the micro injection machine, wherein, the injection pressure is 0.2 mpa, mold temperature 45 ℃, the size is 80 mm x 10 mm x 4 mm the impact of the spline. In the 3D printing molding process, the diameter of the single screw extruder is about 1.The 75mm toughened modified PLA wire rod was used to produce impact samples by 3D printer. Print nozzle in temperature 230 ℃.[2]
